Terms of Use
Axhara for iPhone and iPad ยท last updated 23 August 2026
Axhara is sold through the App Store, so Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your copy of it. The notes below are the app-specific parts, and they do not replace that agreement.
What you are buying
A one-time purchase of the app. There is no subscription, no in-app purchase and no additional tier โ every feature in the app is included in the price. The Axhara Node is a separate physical product and is not included.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple, and refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue a refund for an App Store purchase ourselves, but tell us what went wrong and we will try to fix it.
What Axhara is not
- It is not a security key. It types text; it does not implement WebAuthn or FIDO2 and does not replace a passkey.
- It is not a remote-access tool. The Node sends keystrokes to a computer and receives nothing back โ it cannot read that computer's screen, files or clipboard.
- It does not listen in the background. The microphone runs while you hold the talk button and stops when you let go.
Using it sensibly
Axhara types at whatever window is focused on the computer the Node is plugged into. Use it on computers you are entitled to use, and do not use it to enter credentials you are not entitled to enter. You are responsible for what you have it type.
No warranty beyond what the law requires
The app is provided as it is. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live, and where those rights conflict with anything on this page, those rights win.
